Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace accommodations and leave management processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA)
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance program effectiveness
* Provide training and support to employees and managers on disability and leave-related policies and procedures
* Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* 5 years of experience in disability and leave management, with a focus on workplace accommodations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
