Salary & Benefits

The base compensation for this position ranges from $51,400 to $68,480. This figure may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package, including vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation with an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).


Job Description

This Field Sales Agronomist will play a vital role in managing existing and attracting new customers within the sales territory. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs, maintaining and developing profitable customer relationships, and becoming the market leader in sales geography.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Agronomy/Agribusiness Degree preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills to lead and influence small and large groups
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and travel as needed
  • Knowledge of agricultural production and practices in corn, soybeans, and sunflowers, as well as herbicides and fertilizers (dry and liquid)
