Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information to resolve issues.
  • Documentation: Document customer inquiries and interactions in a database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Verification: Verify customer information, making corrections and updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
  • Performance Improvement: Use statistical data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service performance.
  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to survey clients and gather information to improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior call center or customer service experience highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet customer service goals.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer systems, internet search engines, and ability to navigate multiple windows/tabs.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
