About the Role

Sabra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO & CFO. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO & CFO, including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Screen calls, relay messages, and respond to inquiries that do not require executive involvement.
  • Read and respond to mail and email correspondence, highlighting actionable items and responding when possible.
  • Schedule and support Board of Director meetings and coordinate with their administrative team.
  • Make complex domestic and international travel arrangements and complete and review expense reports.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive material.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in C-level office administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Positive, independent, self-motivated team player
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong support and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines and business objectives
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
What We Offer

Full-time employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $85k-$115k per year.
