Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team at Atlas Advanage. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing local marketing campaigns and working closely with our sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and close deals
  • Attend marketing events and campaigns to promote our clients' products and services
  • Work closely with our CEO and management team to develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies
  • Train and develop promotional staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date on client products, promotions, and industry specifics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel on short notice
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
