Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with product, service, and governance teams to enhance user satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies for the introduction of products and services.
- Gather and publish customer feedback and success stories.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing requirements for technology solutions.
- Organize tailored customer engagement events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Essential Qualifications:
- ITIL certification.
- Experience in marketing IT products and services or business development.
- Proficient in developing public-facing websites and SharePoint platforms.
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills with service leaders.
- Proven track record of positive ROI from IT marketing initiatives.
- Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Qualifications:
- ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy Certification.
- Experience in Service Portfolio Lifecycle Management.
- Ability to create and manage customer forums.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
