Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with product, service, and governance teams to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing strategies for the introduction of products and services.
  • Gather and publish customer feedback and success stories.
  • Assist in identifying and prioritizing requirements for technology solutions.
  • Organize tailored customer engagement events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Essential Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in marketing IT products and services or business development.
  • Proficient in developing public-facing websites and SharePoint platforms.
  • Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills with service leaders.
  • Proven track record of positive ROI from IT marketing initiatives.
  • Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Qualifications:

  • ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy Certification.
  • Experience in Service Portfolio Lifecycle Management.
  • Ability to create and manage customer forums.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
