Data Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to join our team and help build a customer master that will transform how we collect, store and consume our commercial client data.
As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in achieving our strategy to build a customer master that will drive our business forward.
You will have the opportunity to work in a hands-on, collaborative environment with top designers, engineers, data scientists & analysts to build breakthrough experiences and data products that solve our users' most critical needs.
Establish vision, strategy & success metrics for the customer data master and be accountable for the full product lifecycle.
Engage with associates across all Commercial business including users, business stakeholders & product partners to identify data needs, uses & its movement across CML.
Create & maintain product roadmaps, in conjunction with the Senior Product Manager, and coordinate with teams for execution (Tech, Data Analysts, Designers, Business Stakeholders, Change Management).
Develop detailed product specifications, scenarios, acceptance criteria and success measures – like product instrumentation, data storage, accessibility, usability via tools, data grain and frequency.
Manage & Prioritize Feature and story backlog within the pod to track development.
Support end-user go-live/launch activities as needed (end-user training, marketing collateral, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Understanding of how data products solve for analytical and operational use cases
- Significant experience applying analytical rigor to support technology decisions
- Bias to action and a proven track record of shipping successful products
- Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies
- Grounding in human-centered design
- Strategic thinking and ability to effectively identify opportunities for growth
- A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
- Structured communication & storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Agile SAFe methodologies
- 3+ years translating business strategy and data analysis into digital products
- Basic programming and algorithm development experience
- Familiarity with open-source tools
- Experience in designing and creating the architecture of Client Relationship Management or Master Data Management solutions
