** About The Role: **

As a Loan Coordinator, you oversee the loan process from initiation to completion, fostering a culture of care, passion, results, and integrity. Your responsibilities include receiving and organizing loan information, reviewing credit documentation, gathering necessary paperwork for file completion, assessing readiness for underwriting, and submitting closing details.

** Key Responsibilities May Include: **
  • Communicating effectively with Borrowers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and other stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and requests through preferred communication methods.
  • Managing a pipeline of loans from application to funding while adhering to required timelines and quality standards, ensuring each loan is processed with care and precision.
  • Requesting, receiving, reviewing, and organizing all necessary items to secure loan approval, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Analyzing credit, income, and asset documentation, establishing conditions in line with company and industry standards, assessing fees, and maintaining ownership of file quality, demonstrating integrity throughout the process.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance your role and ensure a comprehensive understanding of company policies and loan programs, reflecting a commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Contributing to the strengthening of team and company culture by assisting with additional duties as required, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
