Job Summary: As a Research Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all client research projects, designing and executing qualitative and quantitative studies, and delivering clear, concise reports and presentations to our clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to integrate research insights into client strategies, manage client relationships, and develop proposals to win new business. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in research methodologies and communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead research-related projects, including project design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, and survey research.
  • Deliver actionable insights through clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research insights into client strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for research clients.
  • Develop proposals to win new business and support the growth of our research services.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years overall professional experience in communications, with 5+ years of experience in research, ideally in marketing, brand, media, or business communications.
  • Experience leveraging AI research tools, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods, including focus groups and in-depth interviews.
  • Experience with quantitative survey research design, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with content analysis, competitive assessments, and media monitoring tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client management experience.
