About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Help Desk Technician to join our Infojini team. This position requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to interact with internal customers. The successful candidate will provide timely and effective support to resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and configurations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Research, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Write concise summaries of customer interactions.
  • Acquire and maintain understanding of organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years' experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting and IT systems monitoring or operations support, as well as at least two years supporting UNIX/Linux. Strong multi-tasking skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and oral communications are essential. Familiarity with maintaining documentation and communication via Microsoft Office solutions is a plus.

**Compensation:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
