About the Role

The Surety & Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the corporate surety program, including relationships with brokers and underwriters. This role will ensure that all project-specific insurance coverages and bonds are managed throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also handle key aspects of initial contract review, educating operational teams on potential risks and/or risk mitigation opportunities arising from the contract.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination. Prior supervisory experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a must. You'll also need a valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles you may drive and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
