- Engineering
- Provide project definitions and guidelines to the contracted design firm.
- Evaluate technical specifications for purchase of equipment, materials, and services.
- Write technical specifications for materials and services when needed.
- Technical Evaluation
- Support technical discussions and participate in the negotiation of contracts for supplies and main services.
- Coordinate the technical review of technical offers received by contractors and suppliers.
- Construction Phase
- Coordinate and monitor the proper and timely execution of construction works by contractors.
- Report progress to the project manager.
- Civil or Structural Engineer (Bachelor or Master's Degree)
- Project Management training or certification (desirable)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in engineering and project coordination
- Engineering knowledge and experience in design and coordination of projects involving geotechnical analysis, earthworks, drainage, foundations, and more
