Job Summary

The Document Controller plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of project-related documents. This position requires strong interaction with various stakeholders, including the Project Management Team, EPC contractors, licensors, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of electronic submissions.
  • Support integration of document control strategies between stakeholders and improve work processes.
  • Provide instruction on work processes and systems for the Project Management Team as required.
  • Support Contract and Document Control Compliance initiatives to ensure file systems information is up-to-date and organized.
  • Develop and maintain document control planning for Site and Project Management Team requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the workflow process for documentation within the Company document management system.
  • Maintain close relationships with the Project Management Team to ensure support is available.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate effective workflow processes for the Project Management Team.
  • Receive, review, and distribute project documentation received from Contractors in a timely manner to the Project Management Team as required.
  • Work to maintain accurate records of documentation process flows within the document management system.
  • Be proactive in researching and acquiring data to support the project.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in a project organization, either on the EPC or client side.
  • Previous experience in utilizing electronic document management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline.
