Job Title: Technical Services Representative

Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking a qualified Technical Services Representative to join our team in the Midwestern USA Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout North America.
  • Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
  • Conduct routine scheduled visits to assigned customer locations.
  • Document nonconforming materials and enter destruction/RMA credits into Printpack's customer feedback system.
  • Maintain customer quality tracking for defective materials.
  • Collaborate with other technical representatives and Printpack personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist product development and sales in the development and commercialization of new and existing products.
  • Serve as a liaison between Printpack and customers.
Requirements:
  • High degree of electromechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout North America.
  • Effective communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of prior field service experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree.
  • Previous packaging experience a plus.
  • Proven deductive reasoning skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus but not required.
