Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Finance to join our team at Mar Monte Hotel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the hotel's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in hotel finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of financial professionals.
