Our Ideal CandidateWe're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as our first-ever Director of Operations (Back Office). This role will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing efficient processes for handling invoices and payments, managing the renewal process, accelerating collections, and streamlining state registrations and vendor forms. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in financial operations, with a proven track record in managing financial processes, particularly in invoicing, payments, and collections.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement streamlined processes for handling invoices and payments, including automation and scaling payment processing.
- Oversee and manage the renewals process to ensure strategic price adjustments and timely and accurate renewals.
- Seek customer and market feedback regarding renewal strategy and adjustments.
- Ensure AR and collections are streamlined and completed with a positive customer experience.
- Oversee and streamline the state registration and vendor form processes.
