Job Title: Director of Finance

At HEI Hotels and Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our executive committee, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our hotel, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team, including financial planning and analysis, and budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and supervise a team of financial professionals, including accountants, analysts, and other support staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and coordination of financial and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality finance and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
