About the Role

This Student Recruiter position plays a critical role in supporting the success of our Job Corps students in Manchester, NH.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit and retain students, as well as providing comprehensive support services to ensure their transition into the workforce or further education.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and enroll students in the Job Corps program
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to improve student participation
  • Provide personalized career counseling and academic support
  • Collaborate with local employers and educational institutions to secure job placements and scholarships
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or education
  • Or an Associate's degree in human services, psychology, or education and two years of related experience
  • Valid in-state driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
  • Department of Labor approval required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
