Youth Program Coordinators

The Granite YMCA is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Youth Program Coordinators. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading engaging activities for children in our Before and After School programs.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate games, STEM activities, homework help, and other educational programs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and caring environment for children.
- Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth program experience.
Qualifications:
- Must meet State of NH Child Care Licensing requirements.
- Group Leaders must be at least 17 years old and have a minimum of 3 credits in Education or related field, or 600 hours working with children.
- Assistant Group Leaders must be at least 15 years old and have a passion for working with youth.
