At NH Job Corps, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Manchester, NH.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays, vacation time, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and more.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating the arrivals of Job Corps students. You will also provide transitional support and placement services to help them achieve their career goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or a closely related field. Alternatively, an Associate's degree with two years of relevant experience will also be considered. You must have a valid in-state driver's license and meet company insurability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Recruit and coordinate student arrivals, providing transitional support and placement services to ensure successful outcomes;">
  • Develop and maintain referral linkages with community agencies, employment services, high schools, trade and technical schools, and other organizations;">
  • Conduct comprehensive screening procedures to determine applicants' eligibility and suitability for the Job Corps program;">
  • Promote the Job Corps program to prospective applicants through job fairs, presentations, and other outreach activities;">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention;">
