Briscoe Protective is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Security Sales Specialist to join our Commercial Security & Residential sales division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, negotiating sales contracts, and meeting monthly sales and recurring revenue quotas.

The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience selling to consumers, with a main focus on commercial customers and a smaller focus on residential. They will be comfortable creating new leads and cultivating them for long-term relationships, and will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

The Security Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Identifying prospective customers through warm leads, canvassing, networking, research, and retention calls
  • Negotiating sales contracts and pricing
  • Meeting monthly sales and recurring revenue quotas
  • Monitoring and following up on existing and prospective customers
  • Maintaining current revenue from existing customers
  • Understanding and keeping up-to-date with industry product knowledge
