Key Responsibilities:- Develop and publish funding announcements to support WHS initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on grants, cooperative agreements, and cost-share arrangements.
- Support all phases of award management, including pre-award, award, and post-award activities.
- Assist in developing pre-award documents, such as statements of work and market research reports.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, DoD, and local regulations.
- Review acquisition packages to provide recommendations for FAR-based acquisitions.
- Support in preparing market research, IGCE, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- Provide recommendations for FAR-based acquisition strategy for procuring required supplies or services.
- Prepare pre-award file documents for review and approval.
- Perform administrative reviews of proposals and quotes.
- Perform price and cost analysis.
- Assist in preparing award documents, such as Price Reasonable and Basis of Award memorandums.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in grant management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
