We are a global leader in hospitality, and we're looking for a talented Group Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our hotel's services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads, research space, and enter bookings in our sales management system
  • Prepare contracts and proposals, and track leads for responses and due dates
  • Verify group commissions and prepare requests for commission payments
  • Assist Sales Managers in conducting site inspections of the hotel
  • Maintain current printed sales and promotional materials, and coordinate with other departments to ensure distribution of important information
  • Prepare and disseminate routine reports, and attend all sales meetings
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma, Business School, or Hotel School Diploma preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Past hospitality or travel industry experience an asset
  • Proven competency in organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
