Job Summary

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our industry-leading performance marketing team. As a key member, you will manage and scale our Affiliate channel, establishing and maintaining relationships with media publishers, influencers, and other affiliate partners. Your expertise will drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
  • Manage relationships with key affiliate partners, understanding drivers of performance and identifying opportunities to increase volume.
  • Meet regularly with partners to strengthen relationships and provide weekly insights and optimizations for each brand.
  • Pull reports from affiliate networks and vendors, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, with a strong understanding of large affiliate platforms like Impact Radius.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively conceive and execute strategic project plans.
  • Proactive, energetic, and optimistic disposition, with a team-driven mentality and intrinsic desire to learn from and support managers and peers.
