At UL, we're looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to guide them towards customized solutions.

Our ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing customer needs and aligning UL's testing services to address pain points and meet objectives. They will also be able to create and maintain sales plans and strategies to prioritize portfolios of accounts and build relationships through regular check-ins.

Key responsibilities include interfacing with customers to promote and sell UL's testing services, proactively engaging in discovery, opportunity identification, proposals, and closing for sales, and leveraging technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to analyze customer needs, align UL's testing services to address pain points and meet objectives, and continuously explore and develop opportunities to sell testing services.

They will also be responsible for creating pipelines of new logo prospects from inbound and outbound channels, qualifying their needs, understanding decision-makers, and securing new customers through close of sale.

As a Sales Executive at UL, you will have the opportunity to work under minimal guidance, drive sales processes from beginning to end, and leverage support from Sales Support Specialists and Inside Sales Executives when necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, technical background with 6+ years of related sales experience, and knowledge or sales experience in the Laboratory Industry, preferred.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a desire to conquer complex sales processes.

They will also be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software, and able to work and communicate effectively with a regional/global team.
