Job Overview

Manaflex is a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions for mass-producing flexible printed circuits (FPCs). We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Patent Paralegal to join our Legal Department and support our Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our patent portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate filing with the USPTO.
  • Draft and file patents, conduct prior art searches, and work closely with attorneys on in-house business affairs and litigation.
  • Support commercial contract deal flow and serve as a trusted legal advisor to our Chief Legal Officer and Executive Leadership.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Certification or associate's degree in paralegal studies, with a bachelor of science degree in engineering preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in a large firm and/or in-house legal department.
    • Investigative mind, strong legal research skills, and excellent understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills.
    • Foreign language skills, particularly in Mandarin, are a plus.
