Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members
  • Implementing outreach marketing strategies for the spa
  • Overseeing daily operations, including inventory control, client relations, and driving financial performance
  • Conducting up to 10 treatments weekly
  • Providing orientation tours, detailing spa amenities, and addressing guest inquiries
  • Offering comprehensive descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and operational hours
  • Actively promoting spa offerings, treatments, services, and retail products
  • Addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized spa environment through regular monitoring of facilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • A valid California Massage Therapy or Esthetics License is required
  • A friendly and outgoing demeanor with a love for working with people
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mathematical and cash handling abilities
  • Strong communication, listening, and computer skills
  • A collaborative team spirit

Compensation Structure:

Pay Transparency: $ per session, $ (non-session work), with opportunities for bonus earnings
