Role Summary:
Denco Family, Inc. is in search of a proactive Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of all maintenance and repair tasks within our facilities. A strong background in various technical disciplines, including carpentry and plumbing, along with exceptional leadership skills, is essential for this role. The primary objective is to keep the facilities, amenities, and guest accommodations in prime condition consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Conduct regular inspections to determine maintenance requirements
- Develop weekly maintenance plans and delegate tasks accordingly
- Recruit, train, and oversee maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with contractors for installation and repair work
- Manage facility systems and assist in budget planning
- Monitor supply inventory and manage renovation projects
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations
- Follow OSHA standards and promote safe working conditions
- Implement Preventative Maintenance for all guest accommodations biannually
- Maintain communication through emails and project management tools
- Encourage cross-training and a diverse work environment
- Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory position
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of facility systems
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Skills in budgeting and performance oversight

- Detail-oriented with computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Professional certifications are a plus
- Valid Food Handler Card required
- Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment
- Commitment to maintaining food safety standards
