Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at DivIHN Integration. As a Quality Lab Associate I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various laboratory tests and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to improve laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve laboratory operations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities, including test results and quality control data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related science.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a minimum of 1 year experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with quality-based computer systems, such as LIMS.
  • Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and equipment, including laminar flow hoods, autoclaves, and incubators.
  • Good documentation skills and knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
  • Knowledge of aseptic sampling and testing techniques, including microbiological testing according to FDA, cGMP, GLPs, and USP testing methodology.
