Key Responsibilities- Perform experimental testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with relevant specifications and standards.

- Collaborate with external institutes for certification and standardization activities.
- Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations.
- Support Product Development, Quality, and other Electrolux functions.
- Associates degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or electronics.
- Previous experience as a lab technician in a R&D environment.
- IT/Programming skills, including PLC controls and data acquisition.
- Team-oriented with good verbal, written, and leadership communication skills.
- Refrigeration experience preferred.
- General mechanical and plumbing skills.
- Electrical skills, including wiring, schematic reading, and controls.
- Technical report writing skills.
- High-level problem-solving and organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Proficient with PC software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
