Cumberland Auto Center is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles, working with our team to ensure customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, following manufacturer specifications and dealership guidelines.
  • Test drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate with customers and Service Advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an auto technician required.
  • Previous dealership experience preferred.
  • Chrysler-certified preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
