Your Role:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing in accordance with dealership and manufacturer specifications to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Parts Department and fellow Service Advisors to optimize workflow.
  • Record all services performed on each vehicle.
  • Keep abreast of technical updates and engage in training sessions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as an express technician is advantageous
  • Strong focus on detail and compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
