Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in installing a variety of car stereos and navigation systems, with in-depth knowledge of different car audio and navigation technologies.
  • Experience: Previous experience in car audio and navigation system installation, with familiarity with a range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Electronics Skills: Strong understanding of automotive electronics, with ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electronic issues.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Skilled in working with tools and performing hands-on mechanical tasks, with comfort in disassembling and reassembling vehicle components.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise installation, with ability to follow technical diagrams and instructions.
  • Customer Service: Good communication skills for interacting with customers, with ability to explain features and functions of installed systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred experience in retail sales.
  • Basic computer and social media skills are required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, State Vehicle Inspector Certification, and Manufacturer Training.
  • Completion of a background check and drug screening.
