Job Overview

Hudson Printing Co is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is essential in managing and executing specific projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The CSR will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Sales Associates to outline project scopes and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
  • Identifying necessary resources in conjunction with various teams to ensure project success.
  • Creating and maintaining schedules with team leaders to adhere to project timelines.
  • Monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Communicating promptly with the Customer Service Manager, Sales, and internal stakeholders regarding any project-related issues or concerns.
  • Securing approval from the Customer Service Manager for any project modifications.
  • Traveling as needed to deliver proofs and samples to clients while upholding a professional demeanor.
Daily Operations

On a daily basis, the CSR will:

  • Meet with the production team each morning to discuss project statuses and receive new assignments.
  • Provide daily updates to Sales on production progress across various stages.
  • Ensure meticulous execution of job details and maintain clarity in job instructions.
  • Utilize system tools for task completion and tracking.
  • Respond to all inquiries from Clients, Sales, and Production regarding assigned projects.
  • Update job and ticket information as necessary.
  • Oversee distribution and mailing processes for each project.
  • Manage critical project deadlines and review samples before shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with specific labeling and boxing requirements prior to dispatch.
  • Coordinate shipping via FedEx and UPS as required.
  • Assist with CSR duties during absences when necessary.
  • Engage in Customer Service Meetings to contribute insights and improvements.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Customer Service roles
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Internet and email proficiency
