PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Function:
Ensure top-notch customer service while assisting in maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Guide customers in making payments to automated revenue control systems.
- Facilitate customer parking services and ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Lead initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
- Support the management of daily operations at the assigned site.
- Monitor customers in payment lanes.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating their parked vehicles.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Conduct audits of the garage and facility as directed by management.
- Count the revenue 'bank' at the start of shifts to confirm accuracy.
- Provide change to customers as needed.
- Communicate parking service rates to customers.
- Offer directions to various city locations.
- Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor assistance.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and surrounding areas.
- Present a professional appearance at all times while on duty.
- Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts.
- Complete any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience and education.
Experience: Familiarity with automated parking access control systems or a strong aptitude for technology.
Work Availability: Shift requirements may vary based on location needs. Availability for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be necessary.
License Requirement: A valid state-issued driver's license with an up-to-date address and acceptable driving record is required.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and make change.
Language Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting English. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions and address problems with a few concrete variables.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes in the work environment and handle unexpected events.
Judgment: Demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
Other Skills:
Ability to utilize standard timekeeping methods, calculators, or credit card machines for transactions. Maintain a pleasant demeanor when interacting with the public and effectively address customer issues.
Must possess a proactive attitude, strong personal drive, and proven customer service skills, with a willingness to lead by example. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
