Financial Reporting Accountant

Contribute to the financial close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare complex reports and analyses to summarize company financial information. Research and prepare financial reports on GAAP and statutory basis of accounting. Assist other analysts, consultants, and managers. Share technical expertise and recommend process improvements. Complete audit processes with internal and external auditors. Establish, modify, document, and implement accounting methods and control procedures. Deliver clear and concise summarizations of analysis tailored to customer needs. Manage multiple priorities and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • BA degree in accounting or related field
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Years of accounting and/or finance experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Solid communication skills
