Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a critical role in assisting with our return to office plan by providing first-level technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone and other communication channels
- Assist with training on Wells Fargo specific systems and processes
- Work with a ticketing tool to manage and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in phone support or a related field
- Proficiency in using a ticketing tool
- Comfortable working with computers and technical systems
