Job Summary:
Epiq's Global Support Services team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical expertise to clients and internal users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal users via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
