The ideal candidate will join a team supporting the Americas Division, tasked with managing specific accounts. Success hinges on effective problem-solving and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise and ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage orders and inventory based on demand forecasting
  • Oversee projects aimed at developing new business opportunities with current clients
  • Meet all objectives related to account cash flow
  • Engage in Lean Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and clients for account management
  • Execute all other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of customer account management principles
  • Familiarity with ERP business systems, preferably SAP

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience or a proven track record
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
