UC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled UC Specialist to join our team at Omni Technologies, Inc. in a challenging and rewarding role.

About the Role:

The UC Specialist will be responsible for molding plastic parts from raw urethane, working closely with the team to ensure high-quality designs and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute work orders with precision and attention to detail
• Calculate material formulas using mathematical equations to optimize production
• Utilize knowledge of different urethanes and processing parameters to troubleshoot quality issues
• Promote teamwork and collaboration to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with hand tools and equipment
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity and organizational abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Blueprint reading skills preferred
