    • CA Server Automation and CA ITCM.
    • Windows systems troubleshooting and administration.
    • ATM application knowledge.
    • Scripting in PowerShell.
    • Microsoft Desktop Services and Virtual Services.
    • Agile and DevOps environments and cultures.
    • ITIL production support best practices.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Education and Experience
    • Basic knowledge of Linux.
    • Knowledge of Azure.
