Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to oversee all aspects of facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care management. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to all staff members, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide visionary leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives, including financial management, staff supervision, resident care, and regulatory compliance.
  3. Manage budgetary and financial matters, including revenue generation, expense control, and financial reporting.
  4. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  6. Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Nursing Home Administrator License.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
