  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant certification or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
