Job Description

As a Lead Dentist - Surgical Care, you will be responsible for leading our surgical care team and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and educate patients on their surgical procedures and post-operative care.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

$270,000 - $380,000 per year salary range, depending on experience, plus benefits and a generous continuing education allowance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the surgical care team and ensure the highest level of patient care
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative care
