We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Education Specialist to join our team of early childhood educators at The Learning Experience. With a focus on joyful, engaging, and fun learning experiences, we strive to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

About the Role

As an Infant Education Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months. Your primary goal is to support their cognitive, social, and emotional development through play-based activities and interactive learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as an Infant Education Specialist will include:

  • Creating and implementing lesson plans that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
  • Leading and mentoring co-teachers to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Communicating regularly with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
