Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced early childhood educator to join our team as a Lead Teacher at one of our centers. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that inspires young minds and fosters a love of learning.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of co-teachers in the classroom, modeling behaviors and providing feedback.
  • Managing the overall classroom environment, ensuring it is safe, nurturing, and engaging.
  • Serving as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
  • Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least six months of professional teaching experience.
  • An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$24 per hour, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
