About the Role

The Rallye Motor Company, a leading luxury automotive group, is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. As a key member of the team, you will assist the HR Director in driving the success of the HR Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including headcount analysis, posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and background checks.
  • Responsible for onboarding new employees and handling a successful orientation process.
  • Handle exit interviews and produce detailed turnover reports.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as backup to Benefits Administration.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Run HR reports through ADP Workforcenow.
  • Visit dealerships as necessary to handle any HR-related matters.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including regular health and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or a Master's degree with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google suite and ADP WorkforceNow is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment with a high level of enthusiasm and passion for seeking out candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Google suite and ADP WorkforceNow is desired.
