Position Overview

Live Oak A Learning Center For Children is in search of a skilled Early Childhood Program Supervisor for the upcoming academic year. Our mission is to nurture the potential and promise of every child, providing a robust educational foundation while fostering skills that empower change and develop responsible, thoughtful learners from diverse backgrounds.

The Early Childhood Program Supervisor will oversee students in grades kindergarten through fourth grade. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 8:15 am, with the potential for additional responsibilities in an Extended Care program. Candidates should possess experience in before or after school programs, professional training in both independent and group play, and a passion for facilitating engaging activities for school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities
  • At least two years of demonstrated experience working with children aged 5 to 14 years.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday throughout the academic year.
  • Knowledge of youth development principles.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and adapt to various tasks.
  • Proven capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Experience in tutoring, designing, and leading daily activities.

Compensation for this role: $35 per hour, part-time.
