About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our leadership team as an Early Childhood Assistant Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the success of our child care center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incorporate our company's mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients.
  • Regularly monitor the center's programs to assess program quality and ensure that children's learning is effectively documented and visible.
  • Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required.
  • Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred.
