About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our industrial agency leasing team, you will provide analysis and support for our clients, including preparing lease proposals, activity reports, and managing available listings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of our leasing team, provide transactional support for leasing clients, including preparation of lease proposals and redlines, leasing activity reports, available property overviews, and managing property listings on public listing databases.
  • Assist in agency leasing efforts by coordinating with potential tenants on available listings.
  • Provide administrative support in lease transactions and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies based on research and data insights.
  • Assist with occasional property tours of available listings.
  • Assist with team research efforts, including tracking tenants in the market, competitive properties, lease comparables, large availabilities, rental rates, and operating expenses.
  • May provide occasional support with client events, including open houses and groundbreakings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and experience.
  • 1 to 3 years related real estate experience (commercial real estate preferred).
  • Real estate license a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, able to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
